Soak Pad Loader
The Soak Pad Loader is used for placing and attaching pad materials (so-called absorbers) in plastic trays. Primary applications are the usual plastic packaging for meat, chicken and fish products.
The capacity is approx. 3,000 units per hour, depending on the dimensions of the plastic packaging.
The film material for water absorption is cut from the roll. The foil is attached to the bottom of the packaging by means of ultrasonic welding or gluing.
