Klebo Sales supplies automation solutions for the food, pharma and packaging industry. Within the food industry we do this with filling and sealing solutions. For the pharma industry, we provide sealing solutions for medical parts (e.g. stoma mounting solutions) and sealing solutions for pharmaceutical packaging.

In addition to sealing technology, we perfect the solutions by supplying feeding, orientation and assembling machines to complete the packaging lines.The sealing technique can be provided by thermal sealing or ultrasonic sealing.

Robotics
We have extensive experience integrating Delta, SCARA, 5-axis, and 6-axis robots into our machines. Our robotic solutions serve a wide range of industries, including food processing, fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and assembly applications. With our Delta robots, we achieve packing speeds of up to 80 pieces per minute per robot for fruit and similar products. Our robots can be integrated into existing production lines or incorporated into flowpacking systems. This includes fully automating the process of feeding fruit, meat, or other products directly into flowpackers — improving speed, consistency, and hygiene across your operation.
Ultrasonic connections
These machines are used for inserting pad material into plastic containers for meat, poultry, vegetables and fish. These machines are used to cut padding material from a roll into pads, to stack them and to seal them. Padding machines can be delivered as total solutions in combination with destacking machines, filling machines, top sealing machines and stacking machines. Our padding machines can also be build in existing packaging lines.
Thermal connections
Thermal connecting technology is a heat flow connecting process, this technology is mostly used in padding lines due to the lowest cost price in sealing. Besides, thermal connection technology is controllable by vision control to ensure the result of the connecting process.
Assembly Units
Ultrasonic welding is an industrial sealing process by high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations, two parts being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. This process is possible with different frequencies. Advantage of ultrasonic welding is that the process controls itself whether the seal is right. In the packaging industry inline leakproof testing equipment can also being added.
